At Digital Pixevo, we provide a wide range of creative and digital services, including:

Since all our services are digital, creative, and time-based, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the effort and resources involved in each project.
- General Policy
All services provided by Digital Pixevo are intangible digital services, which means no physical items are delivered.
Therefore, refunds are limited and only applicable under specific conditions.
2. Advance Payments / Booking Amount
- All advance payments, booking fees, or initial deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.
- If a client cancels before work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting planning/administrative charges.
- 3. Project-Based Services Refund Policy
- (Graphic Design, Video Editing, Video Animation, Website Development, UI/UX, Mobile App Development, E-Commerce)
- Refunds are only possible if:
- No work, drafts, concepts, or samples have been delivered.
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment.
- Once any draft, design, storyboard, animation sample, code, or layout is shared – no refund will be issued.
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
4. Monthly Subscription Services
(Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management)
- Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
- If the client wants to stop the service, they must inform us 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Results in SEO or marketing are not guaranteed due to external factors — therefore, refunds cannot be issued based on performance expectations.
5. Revisions & Satisfaction
Most services include a fixed number of revisions.
Requesting revisions does not make a project eligible for a refund.
We always try our best to achieve client satisfaction.
6. Failure to Provide Required Content
If the client delays providing photos, videos, text, access, passwords, approvals, or other materials:
- Digital Pixevo is not responsible for the delay, and
- No refund will be provided due to such delays.
7. Failure to Provide Required Content
If Digital Pixevo cancels a project due to internal reasons, an appropriate refund will be issued based on the work completed.
8. Service Guarantee
Digital services such as SEO, social media marketing, brand campaigns, or advertisements do not come with guaranteed results.
Refunds cannot be issued based on expectations of:
- Rankings
- Conversions
- Sales
- Views
- Engagement
- Leads
