2. Payments
- All payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- Advance booking fees are non-refundable once work has started.
3. Revisions
- Each service includes a set number of revisions depending on the package.
- Additional revisions will be charged separately.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all required materials such as text, images, videos, logins, and references on time.
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
5. Delivery Time
- Timelines depend on project scope and client responsiveness.
- Urgent work may include an additional fee.
6. Ownership & Usage
- Final files are delivered after full payment.
- Digital Pixevo holds the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests privacy.
7. Prohibited Use
Clients may not resell our services or use our work for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Digital Pixevo is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, third-party platforms, hosting servers, ad accounts, or algorithm changes.
9. Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, no refund will be issued.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these terms or fail to pay.
